“Are you feeling afraid, overwhelmed, or even helpless? Life is full of challenges, but know that you are not alone in this. It is my utmost priority to support you during this difficult time and explore with you ways to enhance your well-being and overall quality of life. I believe that you are capable of healing and that we can overcome this together. You are stronger than you think you are!”
Amanda believes in treating the individual from a person-centered perspective wherein the client can focus on their subjective understanding of their experiences and the world. The idea behind this is to establish a therapeutic relationship that involves the therapist and client as equal entities rather than an “expert” treating a patient.
Amanda is currently accepting clients for the Farmington location as well as via Telehealth for video sessions. She is a preferred in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Tricare and Husky.
